1904 PORTUGUESE mauser 6.5mm
« on: January 13, 2015, 04:32:16 PM »
Anyone here shoot the 6.5x58 ???? rofl rofl    I know, its nor REALLY a Mauser     but Darn it,she sure is a sweet shooter.
took a while to find a set of CH-4D dies   but found a dealer up here  GLAD to get rid of them !!!
reforming .30-06....bit of a hassle but with 120gr.nosler balastic tips and 44gr. h4831, I can still shoot 2 1/2 '' with 3 shots at 102 yards.......open sights and half blind.....minute of black bear...
still need a 120 140 or 160 gr.  .265-6'' mold to cast for my 6.5x52 and 6.5x54mm    MAN.LIC.
as those noslers are not cheap    chuckles1 chuckles1 chuckles1

I've never fired one Barnaul but from what I have seen they are a beautiful rifle. I love their smooth graceful lines.
