Ihave a matching sks serial number240813xxP. No bayo. What should the correct bayo be and when was the rifle born?

Pamona CA, roman numeral III on sight, setial 24,081,356, 26 triangle, 4 triangle on wood stock, and French tickler and spike.

The rifle has tickler. Pretty clean gun for $350 last year. Actually pretty accurate..
