Can anyone tell me what this import stamp is?

Oakland, CA?  I don't recall ever having seen one from Oakland.

maybe it says S. DAK  CAI? (never heard of Century Arms out of South Dakota, though)?

It's Siegles out of Oakland, CA. Not a common stamp at all. I've got an example i've been meaning to put up on the importers page for a while now.

The caliber stamping  and placement reminded of early Century Arms stamp.

Any affiliation with middle east?
