Man, I love my model 10
« on: December 07, 2016, 07:21:06 PM »
Been surfing the handgun forum here enjoying all the examples and discussion, and thought I'd share my wheel gun.

Got this one a few years ago as a police trade-in from Bud's - it's a 10-10. Some minor holster wear, but accurate. Have since put a T-grip on it, and that did the trick for the smaller round grip. Just a classic design IMO.

Would love to snag a 3" model 13 in .357, but whenever I come across  a possibility, I usually don't have the cash! As an old dude on a fixed income, a firearm purchase usually requires beans and Raman noodles for a couple months!

Nice rig. What's not to love? My only S&W is a 10-5 in .38 spl. I put factory over sized grips that's made it one of the "natural pointing" wheel guns. My spousal unit gave it to me in '73, and still looks brand new. PAX

Love it. The old S&Ws are hard to beat. I inherited a Pre Model 15 from my dad. It’s got some pretty significant holster wear, but I love it.
