Chinese "Honor Guard" SKS COA Return to owner!!

So hoping someone sees this post, and owns the SKS with serial number #8148404 So I can give them the cert which matches their carbine.

I know it's a one in ten thousand chance, but...  Never up, never in!!

In case you don't know what these carbines look like, they have some chromed parts. like the pic below.

That’s a noble aspiration, thanks.  thumb1 I have an 8 mil HG but that’s about the only digit that matches your CoA  :))
