It was a great start, the first shot hit the rim of the oil drum and took out two of the evil Milk Juggians. clap1
The final long range one took a while.
170 ish

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

well its a toasty 34F here today rofl
Mosin day started off well, but when i switched guns i couldn't hit squat, and then when i switched back i couldn't hit squat either.  Mosin days should only be 3 stripper clips then quit before your luck changes.

Sounds like fun.  34F isn't too bad, as long as it isn't windy.  thumb1

Did one or both of the action bolts on your Mosin loosen up by chance  ??? or was it just the eyes getting tired?

All of my mosin bolts work flawlessly.
I have heard of this myth on the interwebs that is can be sticky though. :)

:)) No, I meant the bolts between the receiver and the trigger guard that holds it firmly in the stock. They can loosen upon firing, thus affecting accuracy.

No, never had a problem with that.  Although i will have to check now you mentioned it.
The worst I've had is not cleaning the magazine properly of cosmoline and having the latch suddenly open and dump everything out on the 2nd shot.
